Our team of experts goes to great measure to ensure you receive only the top quality plants. It is our guarantee that your plant will arrive in great health! Living plants are, by nature, perishable and react when their environments change. This reaction is to be expected, and likely does not warrant a replacement. Your plant will need time, days or even weeks, to acclimate to its new environment when it reaches your home. However, in the unlikely event that your plant fails within 30 days of receiving please see the return policy below.
Return Policy and 30 Day Guarantee
If your plant fails within 30 days of receiving please contact us at email@example.com or by using the contact page on our website. Please include a detailed description of the plant failure, and include images showing the loss along with a full picture of the entire plant for our evaluation. If it is determined the plant failed for reasons other than neglect or improper care we will replace the plant. The customer is required to pay for shipping and handling for the returning plant. This guarantee is available for one replacement per purchase. The replaced plant may differ in size than the original purchase due to stock rotation.
We cannot guarantee any plant that qualifies for the following:
- Has been re-potted
- Any plant that has not been cared for via the light or water instructions given on our site
- Has any destruction from its environment from animals/pets, fire or floods, or any unnatural cause
Your product does not fall into the guarantee for any minor or natural species occurrences such as leaf loss, leaf splitting, minor leaf curl, or any bent branches that may occur from being packaged. These happenings are natural and will not cause your product to be labeled damaged.
You may expect correspondence with our team updating you on the status of your claim. Your replacement will be sent out in the same time frame as your original purchase.
Items damaged during transit
We ship all of our products in custom made boxes designed to minimize damage when shipping. However, in the unlikely scenario that your product has been damaged during shipping please notify us within 48 hours. You may notify us by using firstname.lastname@example.org or using the contact page on our website (ranaplantco.com) please include your order number and images showing the damage in transit as well as a full image of the plant. If it is determined your plant was indeed damaged during transit we will replace your product promptly.
