We individually package each plant in a custom-made box. Each box is designed to ensure there is no movement during shipping; making certain your plant arrives in excellent condition.
If your plant delivery arrives in a cold environment we also offer winterized packaging. This option offers extra filling and advanced techniques to ensure the plant stays warm throughout shipping. When shopping, select the “winterized packaging” option from the drop down menu before adding to your cart! Not cold where you live? Select “regular” packaging!
Unpackaging is simple. Once opened, remove the box filling (& winterized packaging, if applicable) and simply remove your product to enjoy!
