How do I care for my new plant?

All of our plants include a detailed care tag with instructions for watering and light conditions. This information can also be found under each product description on our site.

It’s Winter where I live, should I still shop?

Yes! We offer a special winterized packaging option that aids in keeping your houseplant warm until it reaches you. Select the “winterize package” option on the packaging drop down menu when you are shopping.

How will my plant arrive?

Our products are shipped, for FREE, via FEDEX. Each package is processed and shipped out within approx. 3-5 days.

Why does my plant look different than the website?

Each of our indoor plants are the highest industry standard and top quality. However, houseplants are alive and totally unique! Your plant will need time, days or even weeks, to acclimate to its new environment when it reaches your home. Due to stock rotation, as well, it might look slightly different than what is pictured on our site!
